The Simple Solution to Animal Weighing
The Instaweigh Digital Animal Scales are heavy duty electronic load cell weigh scales, available in 3 capacities, and cover a variety of weighing applications. They easily mount under any cattle squeeze, hogcrate, feed hopper, or custom platform.

All Weather Use
The all-steel construction of the scale has over 25 years of proven field use. Load cells are rubber epoxy coated for permanent outdoor installation. There are no moving parts to wear out, and no costly maintenance. All of the Instaweigh Scales will give you years of trouble free service.


Loadbar weighing systems are complete weighing systems. From accurate load cells to standard and specialized platforms, every aspect of a Loadbar System has been carefully designed and constructed to meet your requirements.

 

 
Easy Read Indicator
The model 83-20 Digital Indicator features a large readout that is easy to read even in direct sunlight. The weight is displayed in lbs. or kgs. At the push of a button. A computer hookup is standard allowing you to download your animal data to a PC at any time.

Quick Accurate Weights
Load Bars provide a solid scale base by eliminating platform movement that could frighten livestock. This, in combination with Instaweigh's lock-on feature, guarantees an exact weight regardless of how lively the animal.

 



 

Factory Calibration
Calibrating and balancing at the factory eliminates installation errors and need for an installation technician. Install the scale, press the Zero button, and you're ready to weigh. This also allows you to compensate for manure, mud or snow build-up.

Each load bar has built in horizontal checking and unique flex bases to ensure accurate weights in the roughest conditions. In fact “U Series” Loadbars will take 10 times the shockload of a shear beam cell. If you have a tough weighing problem, give us a call.
